# Erevna Labs

> Erevna Labs (Spatial Intelligence) builds measured 3D models of land and property in British Columbia, Canada. Each model opens in an ordinary web browser on a phone or computer, with nothing to install, and is built from public measurements: the Province of British Columbia's airborne LiDAR, government aerial photography and the registered parcel boundary from ParcelMap BC. Erevna Labs Spatial Intelligence is a trade name of 1182573 BC Ltd.

## What a model shows
- Eye-height walking: stand anywhere on the land and look around.
- Slope map: gentle building benches against steep and rocky ground.
- Sun slider: light and shadow across the site at any time of day.
- Measured trees: the height of each tree and the canopy cover, from airborne LiDAR.
- Property line: the registered parcel boundary laid on the 3D ground.
- Guided tour: a short tour of the key features, access and views.

## Who it is for
- Selling land, acreage or waterfront: buyers who live far away can walk the property, the shoreline and the house site before they book the trip.
- "What can I build here?": building sites, slope, setbacks and access on one screen.
- Land developers: lots, roads and phases shown on the real ground.
- Access, easement and boundary questions: routes, easements, registered boundaries and sightlines, measured and sourced.

## Pricing (CAD)
- Listing model: from $2,500 (launch price $1,950).
- Development model: $8,000–15,000 (lots, roads and phases).
- Hosting: first 6 months included, then $99–150 a month.
- Previews: open for 3 days.

## How it works
1. Send the address or PID.
2. We confirm what measured public data exists for the parcel and quote. Most of southern BC has 1 m LiDAR.
3. You get a private web link, usually within a week.

## Limits
The models are information tools. Boundaries come from the registered parcel record for reference; they are not a survey by a BC Land Surveyor. Tree heights and counts are not a forester's cruise.
